When you contact us

We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, country, chosen oil or Club package, and message. We use it to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability and arrange the steps of a potential order. The website does not collect or process payment-card details.

When you join the harvest letters

We ask for your email address and your consent to receive occasional harvest news. We send a confirmation email before activating your subscription (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link supplied in the confirmation email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing deletes your address from the active server list.

Storage and security

Enquiry records and newsletter addresses are kept in server-side files outside the publicly accessible website directory, with limited file permissions. Form submissions are protected by validation, rate limiting and a temporary security session cookie. The website may load fonts from Google and include links to third-party websites, which have their own privacy practices.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and relevant administrative or legal obligations. Your confirmed newsletter subscription remains on the list until you unsubscribe or request removal. If you request deletion, we will handle it subject to any necessary legal record-keeping.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Please contact us at hello@irisfarm.gr. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have a right to complain to the competent data-protection authority.
